[Resolvido] &nbspComputador muito lento e programas travando

Eu tenho um laptop Samsung com Windows 8 que comprei há menos de um ano. Recentemente, ele tem travado com frequência... Fica impossível de usar, e ele não consegue abrir nenhum programa mais pesado: aparece aquela tela azul dizendo que ocorreu o erro MEMORY_MANAGEMENT e ele reinicia. Eu uso o Avast como antivírus, e ele não encontrou nada. Tentei escanear com o Malwarebytes, ele encontrou dois trojans e teoricamente removeu, mas o problema continua. Meu amigo sugeriu que eu usasse o Advanced System Care, mas também não funcionou. Eu também segui os passos nessa página: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1...s-windows.html, e o resultado foi que o sistema encontrou arquivos corrompidos mas não conseguiu corrigi-los (e o problema persiste). Minha sobrinha gosta muito de jogos online, então achei que a resposta mais provável seria algum vírus, mas me disseram que isso pode ser problema de hardware (apesar de ele estar funcionando perfeitamente antes)... Decidi postar a pergunta aqui mesmo, se não for pertinente, por favor, me avisem.

Desculpe a pergunta meio besta, mas... Se eu formatar o computador não vou perder as coisas que tenho nele? Estou mais preocupada com o sistema operacional e o Office, que vieram com o computador quando comprei e eu não sei reinstalar...
