receber anexos no email

Tenho um formulário em meu site pare recebimento de currículos que usa apenas html (veja-o aqui ) e foi validado para enviar os dados para o meu formMail na Locaweb.

 

Tudo estaria bem se não fosse o anexo, que ao invés de chegar o arquivo chega apenas o título dele...

Existe alguma forma simples de faze-lo enviar o anexo???

 

Por favor simples mesmo, pq se for uma porção de código só pra isso depois eu nem sei mais o que to fazendo no site.... rsrs

 

PS.: Ainda tenho que fazer formatações no site e a de css da tabela, se quiserem dar dicas pro resto do site aceito tbm ... kkkk
