Upload em Windows Mobile

Alguém pode me informar se é possível realizar upload através de um PDA com Windows Mobile?

 

Tenho uma aplicação quando rodo ela através do PC, ela roda normalmente realiza o upload das fotos...

 

Porém quando acesso o site através do meu PDA, e quando clico no botão "Upload", ocorre o seguinte erro:
