Bom, partindo do principio que este código está encriptado por um motivo: Não descobrir o seu valor real, acredito não ter como. Ou se você souber ao menos o hash usado, já pra ir atrás.

Então, pelo o que notei o arquivo está codificado mais de uma vez. Se tivesse sido só uma vez eu poderia passar um código q fiz para decodificar, mas para fazer todo processo reverso automaticamente acho q isso poderia virar um trabalho para um freelancer pois o tempo necessário para criar um decodificador é grande caso a pessoa tenha de analisar tudo do 0
