Template não funciona direito no IE

Seguinte, eu e um amigo estamos criando um site/blog, bom como agente não tinha dinheiro para mandar fazer o template eu mesmo fiz, sabia algo de css, html e php, mas só que emu site ficou um merdo no ie, só no ie, todo desconfigurado.
