[Resolvido!]Erro no PowerPoint

Amigos,

Preciso da vossa ajuda na resolução do seguinte problema:

Depois de copiar texto, quando o tento colar, o computador cola um print screen, isto acontece no powerpoint, ou seja, depois de copiar um diapositivo quando o tento colar o computador cola um print sreeen .
