PAGINAS ASPX rodar no servidor

Eai galera.Seguinte, gostaria de saber se tenho que fazer alguma configuração para as PAGINAS ASPX que eu desenvolver rodar no servidor que tenho. fiz uma pagina normal e depois joguei no ftp mais não consigo vizualizar.Server Error in '/' Application.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server.
