pesquisa php

Galera...

To fazendo uma pesquisa recebendo uma variavel do meu formulario Pesquisa.html...

Mas meu arquivo onde está o _POST... a variavel telefone está ficando vazia...

A pesquisa retorna corretamente a quantidade de registros na tabela, o nome do cliente mas o campo telefone fica vazio.. alguém pode me ajudar...

O código acima é do meu formulario que recebe o parametro da pesquisa...
