Erro ao executar pela rede o sistema

Olá a todos!!

Já busquei sem sucesso no google uma forma de resolver isto!

Eu criei uma aplicação, e gostari de disponibilizar ela pelo compartilhamento da rede, mas acontece este seguinte erro:
