Erro Internal Server Error na Consulta

Olá pessoal, estou com um problema serio e urgente.

É o seguinte, tenho uma consulta que busca registros por data. O problema é, quando faço uma busca para retonar poucos registros, não da erro algum, vai de boa, porém quando a busca é grande e tem que retornar muitos registros aparece uma mensagem de erro interno do servidor, a mensagem abaixo:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@ieadi.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Alguem sabe a solução disso ae ?? não tem nenhum php_flag nem php_value no meu arquivo .htaccess.
