Problema com layout

Estou desenvolvendo um site em ASP.NET, e estou desenvolvendo no

conceito tableless. Mas, por causa da diferença entre padrões entre

navegadores, estou com proplemas com layout. Minha página no

Internet Explorer 8 em modo de compatibilidate, está do

jeito que eu quero, assim:

mas, quando executo a página no Internet Explorer sem modo de
