[Resolvido] função WebCam pelo Delphi

Olá amigos...

Achei uma solução que pode ser que ajude outros tb

Eu necessitava capturar imagens pela WebCam no Delphi e não estava conseguindo.

Segue solução: Uma função que faz isso...
