[Resolvido] div não funciona no IE 8 e mozila

Utilizo este script em um textarea. Quando rodo no IE9 ou crhome ele fica alinhado com uma painel existente acima do mesmo. Já quando rodo no IE6 ou mozila ele desalinha, ficando quase ao lado do primeiro bloco. qual o erro?

Que non-sense esse seu script ein fera?

Pra que top, right e bottom auto? E mais, existe alguma div pai com o visibility hidden? Senão, remove essa propriedade da li.

Não sei se já conseguiu resolver, mas com essas tabelas fica bem chato de estruturar uma página. Tabelas sem Reset CSS é pior ainda, tudo é renderizado de forma diferente em cada browser.

Se quer solucionar de forma correta, reestruture a página usando divs e CSS. Busque organizar seu CSS, pois no mesmo código tu utilizou CSS inline, incorporado e linkado.
