Erro no update

Pessoal, estou fazendo um site aqui mas quando coloco para fazer update aparece o seguinte erro ------> "please specify a value for at least one of the columns" <------- no meu banco de dados, tem dois campos, o idque é int, primário e auto incremento, e o campo texto, que é text e só olha o código ai.

Obs login e insert estão juntos
