Internal Server Error .htaccess Rewrite

Meu .htaccess esta assim:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . perfil.php [L]
O Erro que da é o Error 500

Estou usando Wamp Server Mais atualizado e estou ultilizando Notepad ++ Para criar o .htaccess e estou usando Windows 8 , eo arquivo esta no diretório do projeto , Obrigado!
