Erro de instalação PHP e IIS

Tentei instalar o PHP 5 na minha máquina seguindo passo a passo todos os tópicos da instalação manual. Só que quando vou tentar executar algum form aparece uma mensagem de download de arquivo querendo que eu salve ou então abra o arquivo. Se clico em abrir, ele abre um form com este conteúdo:

O que está acontecendo? O que está mau configurado nessa máquina?
