Problema com RSS

Galera é o seguinte, sempre usei um script em php para RSS e sempre funcionou beleza, até hj. rs.... estou tentando puxar as noticias de um site, sem sucesso.

olhem como ele esta puxando o link, no entanto nao consigo entender porque isso esta ocorrendo
