Problemas com gerenciamento de Usuários ...

No Visual Studio 2005, cliquei na aba WebSite -> ASP.NET Configuration, minha intenção era tentar realizar o gerenciamento de acesso de usuários, ao clicar na aba Security, o seguinte problema foi apresentado:

Porque tal problema, se o SQL Server está instalado ???
