Zend não quer rodar no apache

Bom dia,

Toda vez que eu tento acessar o meu projeto, me retorna o seguinte erro do apache:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

O que posso estar fazendo de errado?

Em outra maquina que tenho aqui tudo funciona corretamente e com as mesmas configurações.
