Microsoft.net 3.5 não instala

Boa tarde!! Não sei se é o local correto pra postar, se não for, podem mover, por favor.

Instalei o windows 7 ultimate, qdo fui instalar o Corel X6, pediu o microsoft.net 3.5 e o 4.

O 4 é instalado porém o 3.5 aparece a mensagem para ir no ATIVAR E DESATIVAR RECURSOS DO WINDOWS.

Mas nesse local NÃO TEM a opção Microsoft.net 3.5....

Alguém sabe como resolver isso?
