EasyPHP não consegue abrir a conexão com o MySQL

Bom dia,

Eu estou tentando abrir o meu EasyPHP para abrir o meu site e o meu banco de dados. O Apache abre sem erros, mas já o MySQL liga e depois de 10 segundos ele desliga e exibe um log de erros.

E quando eu fui tentar ver o bug ao abrir o arquivo mysql pelo prompt de comando, acabou que exibindo este erro:

ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10013)
Embora haja esses erros no meu notebook com Windows 8, no meu Desktop com Windows 7 nunca houve algum erro desse tipo.
Caso haja um modo de arrumar, pois já reinstalei muitas vezes, por favor, me digam.
