How i can send payment to PagSeguro account to PagSeguro another account using PagSeguro api's or gem? have any idea. Actually i am not from brazil and i am facing language issue, so any one have idea how i can implement it.

PagSeguro is not very good with services outside from brazil, I would use PayPal..
