ai pessoal como faz isso no flash, ao passar o mouse na figura clareia a figura veja:

eu sei q este nao foi no flash, mas como se faz no flash?

caso seja mais fácil no fireowks ou no photoshop me fale.

seria mais fácil usar o javascript dele pra fazer isso:
