Bom dia a todos, estou iniciando com o VS .NET e ao criar um novo projeto "ASP .NET Web Aplications" a seguinte mensagem aparece "Visual Studio .NET has detect that the specified Web server is not running ASP.NET version 1.1. You will be unable to run ASP.NET Web applications or services.

Pelo que entendi, é como se o serviço ASP.NET nao estivesse startado, mas esta..., o que esta ocorrendo...alguem poderia me ajudar ???
