Problemas com o posicionamento do site

Seguinte, faz tempo que eu edito sites no Dreamweaver e é a primeira vez que me acontece isso (ou pelo menos somente agora eu reparei). Criei um site cuja posição na tela é centralizada, e a página inicial fica sem a barra de rolagem. Mas percebi que ao criar um link em QUALQUER lugar da página, quando clico nesse link a página fica com a barra de rolagem e ela vai um pouco pro lado esquerdo (detalhe que eu fiz um link pra mesma página só pra testar). Tipo, na index.html eu fiz um link pra index.html e é aí que acontece isso, a página vai um pouco pro lado e aparece a barra de rolagem, mas ao atualizar volta ao normal.

 

Alguém saberia me dizer o que devo fazer pro meu site não ficar se "mexendo" na tela?

Ok! Agora não aparece mais a barra de rolagem, mas quando eu clico num link o site move ligeiramente para o lado esquerdo, gostaria que ele ficasse FIXO.

e ai como fikou agora???seu problema era os DIVs que tinha antes do BODY
