Problema com Publiação do site

fala Galera... estou com um grande problema... preciso publicar um site com extrema urgencia, na minha máquina o site funciona normal, mas quando coloc no servidor web.... necas... usei alguns templates do AjaxControlToolkit... não sei se isso influi de alguma maneira na publicação...

 

quem puder da uma força, vou ficar muito agradecido...

Verifica se foi criado um diretório virtual no IIS apontando para a aplicação.

E se tiver como logar no servidor será melhor, ae você terá acesso ao erro.
