Como visualizar/alterar conteudo appconfig

criei um appconfig com a seguite estrutura:

<configuration>
  <configSections>
	<section name="Seccaoxpto" type="Configuration.ConfigSettingsSectionHandler, Configuration" />
	<section name="xxx" type="Configuration.ConfigSettingsSectionHandler, Configuration" />
  </configSections>
  <Seccaoxpto>
	<add key="nome da chavezzz1" value="valor da chavezzz1" />
	<add key="nome da chavezzz2" value="valor da chavezzz2" />
  </Seccaoxpto>
  <xxx>
	<add key="nome da chave xxx1" value="valor da chavexxx1" />
	<add key="nome da chave xxx2" value="valor da chavexxx2" />
  </xxx>
</configuration>

Como faço para visualizar o conteudo deste ficheiro em codigo????
