Erro Oracle

Pessoal,

 

Tinha o Oracle instalado na rede, e meus sistemas estãovam todos ok, então tive que instalar o Client 8, na minha máquina, e depois que eu fiz isso, começou a dar problemas, pois eles não executam mais. ocorrento o seguinte erro:
