Upload de arquivos, o que é preciso?

A título de implementação de upload de arquivos num formulário, o que eu devo preparar?

 

Caminho do arquivo no server? pasta onde serão alocados esses arquivos? Como referenciar um arquivo enviado a um usuário?

 

Vale frisar que não conseguir fazer funcionar nenhum script de upload do LAB. :(

coloque 1 script que tentou....

 

diga qual componente sua hospedagem usa...

 

e verifique as permissões dentro da pasta onde quer salvar!

Consegui um script bem bom. Coloquei as permissões na pasta e ele funcionou. Ele está guardando os arquivos numa pasta que especifiquei. Desculpa não poder postar o código, pq os arquivos estão no trabalho. Segundo eu posto.

 

E também qro saber como referenciar o arquivo enviado a um usuário.

Não estou conseguindo pegar esse arquivo e referenciar o nome dele na base de dados, na mesma tabela onde guardo as informações sobre o usuário.
