Problemas com XML

e ai galera bele ?

 

seguinte preciso fazer um sisteminha só com xml mas o problema é que nunk usei e fiz isso

e vem o resto mas ai bele o meu problema está cendo que preciso colcoar valores como dinheiro e não como string não consigo fazer conversão o tipo de dado do xml é

 

2.400.000,00 seria assim o formato se alguém puder me socorrer :D
