tenho uma pagina em .aspx mas ao rodar pelo iis 5 deu seguinte erro alguem, tem idéia de como resolvo venho do php e quero iniciar .net

Lembrando q pagina .asp roda sem erro, e usei o dreamweavermx q gerou essa pagina abaixo, baixei o visualstudio2010 vb, quero montar um site mas n sei como fazer pagina masterpage etc onde posso ver exemplos praticos e tirar esse erro desde já grato.

crie o diretório virtual mas deu otro erro:
