[Resolvido] Erro na instalação

Olá!

Bem, gente. Estou com 2 problemas.

O primeiro é dos progragamas da Adobe (photoshop, ilustrator, flash...) Eu tinha eles instalado no meu notebook, dai fui tentar instalar o Adobe Effects cs5 e apareceu esse seguinte erro na hora da instalçao :

Acontece com os outros programas tambem > flash e etc. O que sera isso? ja fiz a limpeza usando o Ccleaner e desistai pelo Revo. E acontece a mesma coisa.

Meu notebook é windows 7 64bits. Pegava direitinho os programas. So nao entendo porque o erro.

 

 

 

Alem disso, o coreldraw X5 esta com o erro tambem, na instalaçao. O erro 1402. Diz que nao tenho permisáo para a chave *** (nao lembro o numero...) Eu sou administradora do Not, e executo como admis..sempre.

Camila, se ja usou estes programas teoricamente estão bons.

 

Seu sistema pose estar comprometido com algum tipo de vírus, ja verificou essa possibilidade?

 

Se você utiliza programas não originais essa chance é muito grande, para nao dizer 100%.

Se você removeu uma versão anterior para colocar uma nova na remoção alguns arquivos podem ter corrompidos, o que parece é erro no registro, procure algum software para correção de erros no sistema, talvez solucione o problema.

Provavelmente ta acorrendo o seguinte:

Todo o programa que o usuário instala gera uma PÁ de registros e chaves de registro no windows, ao que me parece de cara, é que quando você tentou instalar o Adobe Efects cs5 o windows não pode reescrever o registro. Limpar o registro com o Cclean vai tirar qualquer erro, porém se você instalar o Photoshop e Illustrator antes, não conseguirá instalar o efects cs5 depois, tendo em vista que tem falha de sobreposição. Então inverta a ordem de instalação.

 

Tenho 2 perguntas pra te fazer que podem ajudar-nos a te ajudar =).

Ambos os programas são da mesma versão, ex: photoshop, illustrator e Efects todos são CS5?

O photoshop, illustrator e efects são todos mesma frequencia de bits, ex: todos são 32 ou 64?

 

Tem mais uma possíbilidade, pode ser algum erro no pacote de linguagens, que pode estar corrompido.

 

Uma alternativa é desistalar tudo (com revo de preferência, limpar os erros no registro com o Cclean) e seguir a seguinte ordem de instalação:

Adobe Efects cs5

Adobe photoshop CS5

Adobe illustrator CS5

 

* Antes de começar a instalação, seria bom dar uma reiniciada no PC, pra zerar a memória RAM e ARQUIVOS DE PÁGINAÇÃO do windows. Uma vez que eles podem ter informações temporárias e o windows 7 pode "querer" aproveitá-las durante a reinstalação =).

 

verifique se estes passos resolvem o problema e nos retorne uma posição, quanto aos softwares da Adobe.

 

Já o Corel é o seguinte, o erro não quer necessáriamente dizer que você não possui permissão administrativa para instalar o programa, ao invés disso, é bem provável, que a chave de registro que ele vai fazer uso, já está sendo usada por outro processo do Windows. Então faça o seguinte:

 

Limpe o registro com e Cclean, reinicia a máquina, e inicie a instalação.
