configura CakePHP no Xampp

Eu instalei o Xampp no meu Mac e baixei o CakePHP 2.0.4-0 e descompactei e coloquei no htdocs do Xampp. Mas não dá dando certo, quando eu acesso o CakePHP, ele dá um erro.

Dê permissão 777 na pasta tmp/ da sua aplicação.
