[Resolvido] Alinhar blocos

Pessoal, em primeiro lugar, obrigado pela ajuda.

 

Estou com o seguinte problema. Tenho dois blocos no site que não estão alinhados.

A idéia é deixar o bloco de "últimas notícias" (em vermelho), alinhado com o bloco que tem a busca. Tentei aqui no css, mas ainda não consegui. Se alguém puder me ajudar agradeço.
