Problema de renderização no IE9 em computadores diferentes

Boa tarde pessoal,

 

Estou com um problema estranho. Fiz a pagina inicial de um site que em um dos meus computadores com IE9 funcionou perfeitamente mas em outro também com o IE9 apresentou erro no submenu que ficou por traz do banner rotativo e o rodapé que não ficou no final da pagina subindo para o meio da página. Alguém faz ideia do que pode ser?

Os pcs estão com o windows 7 e IE9. Ja limpei o cache.
