Espaço em branco na página HTML

Olá gente, meu problema é o seguinte, existe um espaço em branco enorme na minha página, e eu não sei oque está ocasionando isso...

como o site está em localhost não dá pra vocês verem, então fiz esse pequeno gif:

como podem ver, depois do botão adicionar existe um espaço em branco enorme, não faço a minima ideia do que seja, se alguém poder me ajudar...
