Boa Noite amigos,tenho um notebook Samsung RV415-CD1 que ate 2 dias atras estava funcionando normalmente,mas que agora nao apresenta som nenhum,mas abrindo o Gerenciador de Dispositivos diz que o audio esta instalado e o dispositivo funcionando normalmente,mas abrindo a guia Som no Painel de Controle diz que nao ha nenhum dispositivo de audio instalado,o que devo fazer ?

Olá amigo! Antes de tudo temos que saber se o problema é físico ou sistêmico. Vá até o gerenciador de dispositivos e desinstale o driver de áudio, sem seguida reinicie o PC. Quando fizer isso o driver vai ser reinstalado automaticamente corrigindo possíveis erros. Caso não tenha êxito, plugue um fone de ouvido, se ouvir som talvez seu speaker (auto falante) não esteja funcionando. Mas só pra ter certeza faça uma restauração de sistema à um ponto anterior (escolha uma data onde o problema não ocorria). Este tipo de problema pode ser causado por algum software recém instalado ou a própria atualização do Windows.

O mais provável é que seja falante mesmo. Apesar de serem dois já vi diversos casos de queimarem ao mesmo tempo. Faça teste com outros drivers, você pode usar o DriverAgent ou DriverPack para instalar um driver novo (Antes remova o antigo). A dica que o amigo de cima deu procede, conecte um falante externo ou fone de ouvido, caso ouça o áudio o problema não tem nenhuma relação com driver. Deve-se então trocar os falantes do notebook para teste. No caso da troca do falantes acione a garantia caso ainda tenha.
