Urls amigaveis

estava vendo um tutorial de url amigaveis, mas nao consigo rodar local, porem vi tmb que precisa configurar o apache para que ele leia o arquivo: .htaccessalguem sabe como configurar o apache para que esse arquivo rode no servidor local?

legal quanto a isso eu ja entendi, mas quando rodo aparece isso:
