no IE os liks nao aparecem com o sublinhado mas no fire fox sim alguem me poderia ajudar?

Ué aqui ta tudo beleza, esse CSS ta funcionando, embora eu nao entenda porque você colocou duas vezes text-decorationno firefox aqui também nao ta sublinhado
