Background não aparece no outlook

Olá Pessoal,

 

Estou tentando enviar um newsletter pelo outlook com todas as imagens em meu servidor, enviando apenas o código pelo outlook. Oque acontece é que ao cria-lo, aparecem todas as imagens e imagem do background, porém ao receber recebo tudo direitinho mas não aparecem as imagens do background... Já tentei mudar o formato de jpg para png mas não adiantou também...

Alguém sabe o por que?

Seu código esta meio ilegivel e sem padrões, e o browser do outlook não é lá dos melhores.

 

Tente mandar tudo como uma única imagem e se precisar colocar algum link é so mapear a imagem!

Outra coisa, verifiquei que ao receber por um web mail aparece tudo certinho inclusive com as backgrounds, mas todas as imagens vão em anexos e no final aparece cada uma uma abaixo da outra fora da tabela...

Oi Rafaelwo,

 

Cara, eu também sou meio leigo e quebrei a cabeça por horas hoje tentando resolver o mesmo problema, e resolvi com uma gambiarra, que está funcionando.

 

quando eu enviava uma newsletter a partir do Outlook 6, chamando o HTML que estava em meu servidor, a newsletter aparecia normal no GMAIL, no UOL, no IG, com todas as imagens e com a imagem de fundo da célula. Mas quando eu recebia de volta no Outlook estava sem o background da célula de uma tabela. E aquela opção do Outlook de ter que clicar para a imagem poder aparecer não estava aparecendo, quando eu recebia minha própria newsletter.

 

Então, coloquei esta tabela abaixo no rodapé da newsletter, usando o Dreamweaver, e agora o Outlook pede para clicar, para as imagens poderem aparecer. Ao que parece isto "forçou" o aparecimento do background da célula e a newsletter aparece perfeitamente, tanto nos GMAILS da vida quanto no Outlook. Sei que não é uma solução de alto nível, mas após quebrar a cabeça por 6 longas horas, encontrei essa solução sozinho, pois não achei nada na internet. Experimente:

Usando o Dreamweaver, cole no rodapé da sua mensagem/newsletter, ainda dentro do código HTML. Assim,o Outlook pedirá para clicar, para poder ver as imagens e tudo aparecerá normal. Os arquivos html da newsletter obviamente ficam no servidor.
