olá pessoal, o w3c nao valida meu html, queria saber porque nao esta validando..

Olá, todos os erros são por você ter usado varias vezes a mesma id.. ID é único, caso você queira definir mais de um container com o mesmo nome, você terá de usar class. Um exemplo da solução dos erros apresentados no seu código:

 

<div class="Topo">

<div class="TRABALHO">

<div class="TEXTO">
