DIV se movendo!

Olá, estou com um probleminha com as famosas DIV's, estou criando um boletim HTML para enviar por email, e estou delimitando os espaços de título, imagem e texto.... mas o que está quebrando minha cabeça, é que quando o titulo tem mais de uma linha, tudo dentro da div sobe, desalinhando essa DIV, então, tem alguma forma de criar todas as divs bonitinho, e colocar para algmas delas não se moverem de jeito nenhum?

 

 

esquematizei o boletim da seguinte forma.

 

uma div grande, dentro dela no topo, uma div grande, abaixo 3 divs menores, e abaixo mais 2.

Se for possível passa o código aqui para entendermos melhor o que acontece!

Mas se a div do topo for pegaro topo inteiro, sem divs do lado, tente colocar clear:both; nela...
