Div não acompanha o conteúdo

Pessoal tenho um problema

 

as propiedades do fundo não acompanha

ele acaba e os textos ficam sem o fundo

Cara, nem vi teu código direito, mais verifique se na div que não acompanha o conteúdo você colocou no CSS algo como

 

height:valorPX;

 

pode ser isso..

 

é que ta bem confuso olhar esse código...
