Instalação do OAuth no em servidor cPanel

Galera, ja tem um bom tempo que to pesquisando sobre o assunto mas até agora ñ encontrei que funcione.

 

O que mais dizem é usar o comando pecl install oauth mas ñ vai, vejam o erro:
