Antes de responder sua pergunta, tenho como obrigação te recomendar algo...

Sugiro que aprenda Css, acredite, é mais fácil que manusear essas tabelas.

No blog do Imasters tem várias video aulas sobre CSS.

 

Eu olhei seu código, e creio que o problema seja porque em várias partes do

código está faltando as tags de fechamento: </table>; </tr>; </td>

 

seu código está bem bagunçado, você vai ter um pouco de trabalho.
