Congelamento SQL 2008 R2

Bom dia a todos,

 

Estou com servidor SQL 2008 R2 com SP2 (10.50.4000) apresentando congelamentos intermitentes. Funciona sem apresentar problemas durante um período porém em algum momento ele começa a rejeitar conexoes.

 

Ao procurar LOG´s não encontrei muitos registros de que denunciem o problema. apenas que toda vez o primeiro LOG é da DLL

'dbghelp.dll' version '4.0.5'
