Meu menu funciona no IE porem nao no Chrome

O codigo abaixo nao libera como botão as opções de menu dentro do chrome o que fazer?

Cara a declaração me parece estar correta, porém, o ideal seria você utilizar div's e css para fazer menus.

O uso de tabelas para construção de conteúdo html está obsoleto, além de não permitir uma manipulação perfeita no design da página.
