Problema com crontab

não consigo pensar em uma área melhor do que essa pra tirar uma duvida sobre o cron, porem é o cron usado pelo windows,

 

eu atualmente estou usando o UniserverZ 11.5.3, e utilizo seu cron pra windows, só estou tento um problema..

 

oque eu quero fazer e fechar e abrir um arquivo jar, porem ele deleta o evento, simplesmente deleta, sem executar o evento, porem ele executa todos os outros eventos. me ajudem pls .-.

fechei todos os processos relacionados ao uniserver e crontab, editei o arquivo, e reiniciei o pc, ficou tudo normal ..
