navegação sem refresh atrapalhando funçoes

Ola, Estou usando um sistema de navegação sem refresh em meu site que peguei em: http://wbruno.com.br/ajax/navegacao-sem-refresh--carregando-conteudo-ajax-em-div-2/

 

Quando abre o site ta tudo normal, As funçoes da pagina home (SLIDE, ATUALIZA MUSICA, E ETC...) funciona normal, mas se eu ir em uma pagina com a navegação sem refresh quando volta na home as funçoes do slide e etc não aplicam :'( Alguém ae pode ajudar ?
