colocar separador em menu e submenu

fiz um menu com submenu e gostaria de colocar o pipe (|) entre os menus e uma linha entre os itens do submenu. porém, não estou conseguindo. segue código:

Olá,

 

Adicione mais uma li entre os botões e dentro dela coloque o pipe ( | ), para o submenu use o CSS para o seletor li com o atributo border-bottom e seu respectivo valor para fazer a linha.
